Standardized tests are assessments which  are generally defined as the assemblage and investigation of information  about one or more students. Standardized, tests  means that a particular group of students will take the same test that will be evaluate and analyzed the same way. Then the outcomes will be compared to the rest of the group to see the development and how well the students achieved.

Standardized testing permits the teachers to make comparisons related to the schools and students` development , protects the responsability of the teachers, and it helps to inform instruction for educators. Thanks to these relevant reasons ,it is shown that standardized testing is one of the  most controversial topics in education.
